Limited Liability

This Limited Liability policy applies to all services provided by ACIselect Coaching Institute, including classroom coaching, study materials, mock tests, digital learning platform, website content, and related support. By enrolling or using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACIselect Coaching Institute, its owners, directors, faculty, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Failure to qualify, rank, or get selected in any examination
• Loss of income, career opportunity, or employment prospects
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, study progress, or digital access credentials
• Errors or omissions in study materials or digital platform content
• Actions or decisions of third-party exam conducting bodies

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to ACIselect for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

ACIselect is not responsible for changes in exam patterns, syllabi, eligibility criteria, cutoffs, postponements, cancellations, or results declared by government or exam conducting authorities. Students must independently monitor official notifications and comply with all exam rules.

We are not liable for temporary unavailability of our digital learning platform, website downtime, device compatibility issues, internet connectivity problems, or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Students are responsible for maintaining secure access to their accounts and backing up any personal study notes or data they create independently.

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party payment processors, hosting providers, communication platforms, or external websites linked from our services.

ACIselect shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power outages, strikes, or other force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACIselect Coaching Institute from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or breach of applicable laws.

This policy supplements our Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise required by law.
