Shipping Policy

ACIselect Coaching Institute ("ACIselect") is owned and operated by Neven Academy Assam.

This Shipping Policy applies to physical study materials included with ACIselect classroom and unified bootcamp programs. Digital platform access and online content are not shipped; they are activated after enrollment confirmation.

Physical materials may include, depending on your program:

• Printed textbooks and study booklets
• Practice worksheets and mock test booklets
• Program handouts issued at batch start

Exact materials depend on your enrolled program and are communicated during admission.

Materials are provided through one or both of the following:

• Campus pickup at our Guwahati (Six Mile) coaching centre at enrollment or batch start
• Courier dispatch within Assam when arranged by ACIselect (where applicable)

Materials are typically issued at enrollment confirmation or on the first day of class. When courier delivery is used within Assam, delivery is typically expected within 3–7 business days after dispatch. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to location, courier availability, or holidays.

Digital access to online platforms is provisioned separately and is not subject to physical shipping timelines.

Shipping or courier costs for standard program materials are generally included in your program fee unless stated otherwise at enrollment. Any exceptional delivery charges will be communicated before dispatch.

If courier-delivered materials arrive damaged or do not arrive, notify us by email at curioversitylearning@gmail.com within 48 hoursof the expected delivery date. Replacement is at ACIselect's discretion after verification.
