Refund & Cancellation Policy

ACIselect Coaching Institute ("ACIselect") is owned and operated by Neven Academy Assam.

Refunds for ACIselect Coaching Institute classroom programs are limited to a 24-hour period starting at the exact date and time of your first payment of any fee toward that enrollment (any amount or fee category). This clock does not reset when you make later installments or additional payments.

Fees paid for any digital product purchased from ACIselect — including standalone digital programs, digital platform access, downloadable content, and other online offerings — are non-refundable from the time of purchase. The 24-hour email refund window described in this policy applies only to classroom coaching programs, not to digital products.

To request a refund, you must email us at curioversitylearning@gmail.com within that 24-hour window. We do not accept refund requests by phone, WhatsApp, walk-in visits, or social media.

This policy applies to fee refunds and enrollment cancellations for classroom programs. By enrolling and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. Refund requests are handled strictly in accordance with the terms below.

The conditions below apply only to classroom coaching programs. Digital products purchased from ACIselect are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You email us within 24 hours of your first payment of any fee to ACIselect (including full or partial program fees, registration fees, token amounts, or other charges toward enrollment). The window is measured from the timestamp of that first successful payment, not from class start, enquiry date, or later payments
• The request relates to a classroom coaching program
• You have not accessed, downloaded, or received digital study materials, digital platform credentials, or online program content associated with a non-refundable digital component
• Your enrollment has not commenced or classes have not yet started, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Refund requests received after the 24-hour window from the first payment will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Digital products purchased from ACIselect — including standalone digital programs, online coaching components, platform access, Lifetime Test Support, and downloadable or recorded content — whether purchased alone or bundled with other services
• Digital platform access, Lifetime Test Support, and online study portals
• Downloadable study materials, e-books, PDFs, and recorded lecture content once delivered or accessed
• Registration fees, administrative charges, or third-party processing fees (if applicable)
• Fees paid more than 24 hours after the first payment, and any payment made after the refund window has closed

Refund requests must be submitted by email only. We do not accept refund requests by phone, WhatsApp, walk-in visits, or social media.

Your email must reach us within the 24-hour window. The timestamp of your first fee payment is used to calculate eligibility.

Attach proof of your first fee payment with your refund email. An official payment receipt from ACIselect or your payment channel is preferred. If no receipt was issued to you, include a screenshot, bank or UPI confirmation, or other clear proof showing the date, time, amount, and payee or payment reference. We will verify internally whether the proof is acceptable; incomplete or unverifiable proof may delay or result in rejection of your request.

Your email must include:

• Full name as registered during enrollment
• Registered phone number and email address
• Program name and batch details
• Date, time, and amount of first fee payment (full, partial, registration, or other)
• Payment reference or transaction ID (if available)
• Proof of payment attached: receipt, or screenshot/other proof if no receipt was provided
• Clear reason for the refund request

Refund requests without complete information, missing payment proof, or unacceptable proof may be delayed or rejected.

Refund approval is subject to internal verification of payment details and attached proof. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing times. ACIselect reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative or processing charges from the refund amount where permitted.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund request has been reviewed and a decision has been made.

By the student: You may discontinue enrollment at any time, but fee refunds are governed exclusively by the eligibility rules in this policy. Voluntary cancellation after the 24-hour refund window does not entitle you to a refund.

By ACIselect: If ACIselect cancels a program or batch before commencement due to insufficient enrollment or other institute decisions, eligible students will receive a full refund of fees paid for that program, processed within 15 business days.

No refund will be provided if:

• You purchased a digital product from ACIselect (standalone or digital-only offering)
• More than 24 hours have passed since the first payment of any fee
• The enrolled program includes non-refundable digital content
• Classes have commenced and study materials have been issued
• Enrollment is terminated due to student misconduct
• The student voluntarily discontinues after the refund window
• The request is made through channels other than email
