Return Policy

ACIselect Coaching Institute ("ACIselect") is owned and operated by Neven Academy Assam.

This Return Policy covers physical study materials issued by ACIselect. Fee refunds and enrollment cancellations are governed separately by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Printed textbooks, booklets, and proprietary study materials issued as part of your program are non-returnable once issued or opened, because they contain copyrighted coaching content intended for personal use only.

If you receive a defective or incorrect physical copy (printing errors, missing pages, wrong title), report it by email within 7 days of receipt. We may replace the item at our discretion after verification.

Digital platform access, Lifetime Test Support, downloadable PDFs, e-books, and recorded lecture content are non-returnable under all circumstances once delivered or accessed, as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Any digital product you purchase from ACIselect is also non-refundable; fee refunds are not available regardless of whether the product has been accessed.

Returning or refusing physical materials does not automatically qualify you for a fee refund. All refund eligibility rules, including the 24-hour email window from first payment, are defined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
