By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or using our services (including Lifetime Test Support and digital learning tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit an enrollment application.

ACIselect Coaching Institute ("ACIselect") is owned and operated by Neven Academy Assam.

ACIselect Coaching Institute provides classroom coaching, study materials, mock tests, and digital learning tools for government and banking competitive examinations in Guwahati, Assam. Program details, fees, and schedules are described on our website and communicated during the admission process.

We reserve the right to modify program content, faculty assignments, schedules, or delivery format when reasonably necessary, with prior notice to enrolled students where applicable.

Our website and mobile app, including free digital features such as Monjai practice tools, are accessible globally for information, testing, and account-based use. We do not block or limit access to our online interfaces based on nationality, place of residence, or place of establishment without a valid legal reason.

Classroom coaching is delivered at our physical institute in Assam, India. Enrollment in classroom programs requires attendance or participation arrangements compatible with that location. We do not currently offer paid classroom or coaching contracts targeted at consumers outside India.

If you access our services from outside India, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

To enroll, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Meet any age or eligibility requirements for your chosen exam
• Accept these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Pay applicable fees as per the selected program

Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment and official confirmation from ACIselect. Batch capacity is limited to 30 students per batch.

All program fees are as stated at the time of enrollment. The full fee must be paid at enrollment to confirm your seat. Partial payments do not guarantee seat reservation unless explicitly confirmed in writing by ACIselect.

Fees are non-transferable to another person unless approved by ACIselect in writing. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For classroom programs, refund requests are accepted by email only and only within 24 hours of the first fee payment, as defined in that policy.

Fees paid for digital products purchased from ACIselect are non-refundable under all circumstances, with no refund window or exception. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Students agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and maintain respectful behavior
• Not share, copy, or distribute proprietary study materials
• Not record classes without prior written permission
• Not engage in disruptive, fraudulent, or dishonest conduct

ACIselect reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment without refund for serious violations of conduct policies.

All course content, study materials, mock tests, digital learning platform content, and website content are the intellectual property of ACIselect or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal study use only.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or public distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Access to digital programs, online study portals, Lifetime Test Support, and downloadable content is provided as part of specific program tiers. Digital access credentials are personal and must not be shared.

If you purchase a digital product from ACIselect — whether as a standalone offering or as part of a program — no refund will be provided under any circumstances once payment is made, including before or after access is granted. This applies to digital programs, online study portals, Lifetime Test Support, and downloadable or recorded content, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When ACIselect offers digital or online learning products or components, those offerings are described on the applicable program page and governed by these Terms. Program descriptions for such products will not use exclusionary or comparative language about delivery format (for example, disclaimers that contrast online and classroom offerings).

ACIselect provides coaching and preparation support. We do not guarantee exam selection, rank, score improvement, or job placement. Results depend on individual effort, exam patterns, and factors beyond our control. See our Disclaimer for more information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACIselect's liability is limited as described in our Limited Liability policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Some features of our website or app may be offered in beta, preview, or pre-release form, including for global testers and community participants. During such periods:

• Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn without notice
• Test data, progress, or accounts may be reset
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve our services

Beta access does not create an entitlement to future paid features unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

ACIselect may suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct harmful to the institute or other students. Students may discontinue services subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy where applicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, except where mandatory consumer protection or data-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also have rights under applicable local law that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
